Discussed for a decade and approved in June 2004, the soccer-specific stadium is well past due to open but when it does -- with an exhibition between the Red Bulls and Brazil's Santos on March 20 -- the 25,000-seat stadium will immediately become the premier soccer venue in the nation. |

| FC Dallas has signed goalkeeper Kevin Hartman, a four-time MLS All-Star. The team said Monday that it acquired Hartman in a trade with the Kansas City Wizards, giving them a second-round selection in the 2012 MLS SuperDraft in exchange for Hartman. The UCLA graduate was drafted in the third round of the 1997 college draft by the Los Angeles Galaxy. |
